The Valley of Daffodils - 2009. Part Two.
The continuation of a
photo report on the visit to the
Valley of Daffodils in early May of 2009.
Main characters of the article, as it turned out, move between the fields searching a place for a new photo shoot. A child is tired and goes on his mother’s hump.
We walk about 50 meters and notice a small family, laying out a picnic right on the daffodil field which should bloom in a week. Seeing the lens, looking at them, they turn away and hide their faces.
It is a remarkable sign. You do not immediately realize that after all it is prohibited. "Do not walk on the left bank of the creek", "The entrance is prohibited for cobby cows", "Do not present L-shaped daffodils", "Do not use wet matches".
Oh and here are our old friends. Again, they find a little "plantation" for themselves. A child stands in a dozen of trampled stems and flowers. During more than 10 minutes they will be changing positions and passing the camera. And when, they finally notice me, I’ll loudly inform them that they have already become the heroes of the article and I will try to make their photo appear on the main page of a local newspaper. Learned about this a little family was happy and I was shocked.
And these are the most cunning. Seeing how the guards of the filed "run riot", people began to break through the bush to the distant, untouched by the presence of tourists, glades and flop right on the "white carpet". In fact, anybody does not see. And the guards have not noticed...
There are cockchafers in a tree. Apparently, in recent times, cameras in phones have become more qualitative. Incidentally, the photo clearly shows why we need a strong man's hand. To direct!
It is a classical wedding-travel foreshortening. Someone "puts the bride on the arm", someone - pyramids at Giza. I have a photo of 2006 of a place where this lady is standing. There was a continuous carpet of flowers. You see that perfectly, what is there now.
But this beauty, with the ass on the half of the screen, runs a dozen of meters deep into the floral array. The main thing is to seize the moment when the guard "roars at people" in another part of the glade, run quickly and photo quickly ...
And this boy, when he saw the camera, began to hide armfuls of daffodils, which he sold to tourists. His mother, from the pub nearby, shouted something to him, in the manner of, "do not allow making photo of you - you may enter into the papers", after which the boy even withdrew. An old man, who was sitting on the bench, told me that earlier children had picked the flowers outside the guarded zone at night, and now in pursuit of long hryvnya, they allow themselves to do it right on the guarded fields during the day.
Well, what to say in conclusion. What concerns the valley of daffodils everything is bad. I went home with a huge portion of negativity in my soul. Probably I’ll want to go back only in a few years.
